Mission
Traditional Strings provides premium Lacrosse apparel. Portions of revenue are used to donate sticks to youth programs; who foster the growth of Lacrosse in "non-traditional" areas.
Founder
Aaron Pollock started playing lacrosse freshman year of High School. Stepping into the goalie position, Pollock quickly received the starting varsity roll and went on to be a two-year captain. In college Pollock split time in net and as an Attackman at The University of Massachusetts Boston. Pollock captained the Universities Lacrosse team for two years. Pollock realized he wanted to stay involved with the sport beyond his collegiate eligibility. Recognizing a market for Lacrosse apparel in a rapidly growing industry, Pollock jumped right in. He quickly realized the company needed to give more back to the lacrosse community. Creating a stick donation program was a great medium to "grow the game" and help provide an even opportunity for all children interested in playing Lacrosse.
